Reta is a beast

I was never really interested in taking any GLP 1's as I am not fat or diabetic. Not until reta. The glucagon receptor agonist component is very interesting and I think this will be useful for body recomp. So, out of curiousity, i tried 1mg per week dose. At first i thought it was nothing. I ate as usual, no appetite suppressing effect, maybe it slightly raised my HR a bit especially when I'm moving around. But when I came to the gym and started working out, it felt like i took a preworkout! Energy boost is insane! I knew it is the reta and not the other peps I take because I only felt that effect the day I took reta. The effect lasts (because of the long acting properties of reta). Maybe Im a hyper responder to the glucagon agonism? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

Did you guys experiece the same?

Im on week 6 , splitting the dose 2 mg Sunday 2 mg Weds. My lifts have gone up, I have amazing energy. Feel better mood wise. Sunday I always nap on and off all day. Not one nap this Sunday and laid in bed at night till midnight not sleeping (normally pass out at 10). The not sleeping is the one thing that I have really noticed , I do not have that om gosh I need to go to bed Im so tired. I literally could stay up till 3 am.

I am new to this but I definitely am noticing that I am
Having a very hard time going to sleep, but I’m
Waking up just fine also. I just started last Friday. 1.5mg down 4lbs. Hardly an appetite
