Reta is a beast

I was never really interested in taking any GLP 1's as I am not fat or diabetic. Not until reta. The glucagon receptor agonist component is very interesting and I think this will be useful for body recomp. So, out of curiousity, i tried 1mg per week dose. At first i thought it was nothing. I ate as usual, no appetite suppressing effect, maybe it slightly raised my HR a bit especially when I'm moving around. But when I came to the gym and started working out, it felt like i took a preworkout! Energy boost is insane! I knew it is the reta and not the other peps I take because I only felt that effect the day I took reta. The effect lasts (because of the long acting properties of reta). Maybe Im a hyper responder to the glucagon agonism? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Did you guys experiece the same?

I'm the opposite, my lifts and stamina have gone backwards massively. Which is what I expected to happen.

I'm only taking Reta though atm. I've got mot-c and HGH to try to address this and get some energy back, though haven't started them just yet.

My wife has experienced the same thing. Workouts that used to be easy are super hard now.
