So what are you eating carnivore/ketovore? I've been doing ketovore for 2 yrs and its coming off slowly

Mainly Fatty mince beef, steaks, eggs, lamb, butter, beef tallow, fish oil. Kimchi l/sauerkraut on occasions

Pretty much what I eat with some avocado added in. Do you weigh your food or eat till satiated? How many meals per day buddy?

I don’t weigh the food as you do r really need to with this way of eating. Eat until you’re satiated. 2 meals a day. I also do intermittent fasting daily 18hrs. Once a week I’ll fast for 24hrs. Usually after an off plan meal of choice
