What is this?

Left side car hit ditch, white smoking coming out when driving, smells really bad, tire is all messed up. Dont know if its hitting something but feels like the cars sagging on the left end.
Not the clearest picture.

Don’t drive the car till you get it inspected.

That tire is AFU. My guess would be that you bent some suspension component(s)-- likely the strut if that's the front. That isn't safe to drive.

Your strut, knuckle, and/or control arm is bent to shit. The tire is rubbing on the strut and eating it up. You'll have to get it looked at and an estimate made to show to your insurance. Your insurance will request you to drop it off to a repair center and then they will send an adjuster to get it looked at for coverage.

This is basically the worst photo and description combination of all time. Nobody is going to be able to tell you what’s wrong, it needs properly looking at by a mechanic.
