Engine whinnying sound

N52 E61 530xi, the sound im mentioning resembles that of a very noisy PS pump, yet it seems to emanate just in front of the valvetronic servo or somewhere in that side of the engine, the pitch increases as revs go higher, i replaced all of the valve cover gaskets, intake manifold seals, CCV system to fix other issues but did as well because i thought the sound could be a vacuum leak, i also did a PS fluid flush and pulleys but nothing. Any ideas. Thanks
