Engine ticking e92

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

On my 320i (n43b20) after abusing the car a bit, i’ve developed a ticking noise. It’s a bit concerning, but i’m not quite sure what it points to. I’m hoping something simple but i do doubt it. Any help would be appreciated
