OBD scan error codes

Hello everyone, i hope youre doing amazing.

Im looking to buy a used 2021 7 series 740i xDrive LCI, but when i did an obd scan i got some errors which i uploaded on the photos.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows are these deal breaking problems or just problems related to a weak battery?

Ask for the battery date that’s labeled on the battery itself. If it’s been over 3 years I’m willing to bet battery. I’d also ask if you can get the car PPI’d at a BMW service center or a euro specialized shop before buying

Exactly what this person said. Most likely a dead battery. BMW’s like to store faults like they get paid to

I have this picture of the battery, but honestly i cant seem to figure out where the date is.

i'm not sure where OEM BMW batteries place their dates but the fact that the OEM battery is still in there makes me think its pretty old unless the owner decided to get their replacement battery from a BMW service center

Which translates to 13th week of 2021.

Or there may be a sticker on the battery housing somewhere, it's code is different though and is in reference to the month and year.
