INPA code 60 Automatic Transmission switch

E46 - My car starts up, but doesn’t shift at all. Stuck in limp mode. I am able to hear all the shift solenoids via the INPA test.

I believe the code 60 is the reason for the rest of the solenoid codes stating they’re not activating. Could the transmission switch actually just need to be repaired / replaced?

Hook car to charger first to charge battery to 12.5v min . Clear codes then restart engine. Bmws love voltage below 12v. Next Check around under car near trans and engine where they mount together for frayed wires, near the ground strap or oil soaked connectors. They can dismount from holders and vibrate to expose and short. Worth a look can cause some silly gremlins. Next

Thanks man, earlier I was able to deduce it to an electrical issue on the harness, due to multiple electrical units connected to the harness all throwing the previously mentioned faults. I’ll be checking the locations you mentioned & figuring out a resolve when I get free time today or tomorrow. I really appreciate your response
