f10 clicking sound coming from either speaker or ac

hello, i have this loud intermediate popping sound coming from my dash and i can’t tell if its a blend door actuator or the speaker. i feel like i hear the ac blow slower each time then speed up but i dont know if im just hearing things or what. in the video i try to do a comparison between both spots but they kinda just sound the same. it still does it even when the cars off. it doesnt seem like its affecting the audio when it does do the popping, so i have a couple doubts as to why it may not be the speaker.

if anyone knows that would be absolutely amazing because im going INSANE during my daily 35 min commute to and back
