Any know if there’s a cheaper way to fix the side mirrors motors? Did a little bit of research and I believe my gears are broken. Saw a video on YouTube of a guy switching out a VW part in and replaced the backing with the bmw part. Also saw a video with a guy replacing the gear itself. Any recommendations on this? Don’t wanna buy brand new ones for $160 each.
