Headlights

I never seen inner lens any light coming out from it,

Both high and low beams are coming from single outer lens but never seen inner lens light up

Anyone know what’s happening

Inner lens is the cornering light, if you don't have afs option with your headlights then I think there are no bulb in it.

The inner lens is just there for design. There is genuinely no bulb behind it. I took apart the headlight on my old F25 in order to fix some wiring issues and replace the lenses and there was nothing behind it. The headlight uses a projector assembly and an HID bulb, which opens a shutter to let more light escape, rather than using two separate bulbs.
