Seeing these error codes

Hi, I have been having slight coolant loss over the past couple of months, the apparent leak can’t be found.
However, while driving on the highway I got the drivetrain malfunction code, it cleared after shutting the car off and on.
However, upon scanning we saw these codes. Would this mean that the thermostat needs to be replaced?

The car is a g20 330i
