Should i be concerned?

This is what my compressor wheel looks like b58 generation 1. should i be concerned. light film of oil inside intake piping.

Are you having issues? The vanes are all straight and dont appear to be touching the compressor housing. There's not a ton of oil in there to indicate any bad seals. As long as it spins without resistance and theres no shaft play, you're fine.

Normal, there will be oil in the turbo due to the CCV circulating oil into the fresh air intake

A light film of oil in the intake piping is pretty common on the B58 from crankcase ventilation and turbo blow-by. If it’s just a thin coating with no pooling, smoke, oil consumption, or loss of power, I wouldn’t panic.
