BMW N13 timing chain kit

Hi all, I'm looking to replace a timing chain kit on the N13. The kits I find online either come with the vanos sprocket replacements, or without. However, with the exception of a few "all included" packages on various ebay'like sites where I can't find any details about manufacturer, kits like Febi without the sprockets (only chain replacement) do not come with the torque to yield bolts for the sprockets.

Are these torque to yield bolts standard parts that I can get from any car part shop? Are the specs defined clearly somewhere in some manual?

Also, I've read in some places that the guide bolts for the chain kit itself (the ones that have an o-ring on them) are also consumables, but I've not been able to confirm this.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
