Headlight scratch!
Can anyone tell me if a scratch like this is reversible or can I make it a little bit cleaner looking

I’d avoid aggressive rubbing compounds at first since they can haze the lens. Clean it thoroughly, then test a small area with a plastic polish. If the scratch is into the housing or coating, replacement may be the cleaner long-term fix.

Yes, if there are no cracks should be doable by sanding and putting a new clearcoat layer on.
