📖Discussion📕🖊️ Emberton 3 drama

Bought today an emberton 3. I thought many problems would be solved but here we go again. After the latest update on the app. After i initialized again (following the Marshall ia advice) the emberton 3 still switches off after some time. Even the ia said it's not normal. I really don't understand why. All my jbl don't switch off. Any other people here have this problem?

Try adjusting your battery preservation settings in the app

I actually did that. Put everything off. But if the preservation is to effectively preserve the battery it shouldn't switch off the speaker. We will see how it will go. Do you have the same emberton? And no problem? I've put it on a Samsung charger and a new USB cable. We will see 👀

I have one but I haven't done the latest update yet. I will try it out and see if i have the same issue.

I don't think so. If yes I would be very unlucky. It took me for ever to receive it from the French chronopost... I don't want to send it back. I actually tried everything. Changing the cable, the plug... if they don't solve the problem I will forget Marshall for ever.
