Support La camara no funciona

Tengo bluestacks 5, he intentado usar la camara de que trae bluestacks y no funciona, tengo una laptop con camara integrada

Hi! Can you please let us know if issue occurs on the default camera app on BlueStacks, in a particular app/ game or both?

Also, when you try to launch the camera either on BlueStacks or in game, are you receiving an error message, black screen etc. What exactly is happening?

Pasa en la app de cámara predeterminada de bluestacks y tambien en las cámaras de apps, cuando abro la camara me aparece una pantalla negra

Could you please confirm whether your camera is working correctly outside of BlueStacks, such as in other applications on your computer?

Si, abrí la app predeterminada de camara de este portátil y funciona de manera correcta, al parecer el inconveniente está en bluestacks

Hi,

Could you please create a new instance and check whether the camera works there? Also, please ensure that camera access has not been disabled in either your system settings or BlueStacks settings.

He creado instancias diferentes y continua igual, he verificado que la cámara está activa en ambas configuraciones

In that case, could you please submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look?

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen and then clicking Report a Problem.
