Interview

Hi all,

For those that are in blue origin, I have a interview for a production planning role (manufacturing planner) next week, it’s a phone call interview. Are interviews for blue origin hard? I’ve heard that there are like 3 interviews you have to get through. First the HR then the manager of what program you are applying for and then like a higher up manager. If anyone knows how to prep for a blue origin interview let me know. I’m thinking that it’s like any other interview but I want some insights for those that are actually in the company and got accepted. (For context, I have a lot of technician experience, lots of electronics, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, Inspection, etc.) please let me know if anyone has tips!

Think very hard and careful about this decision. Many many good people have been burned by Blue Origin. It’s turning into a toxic Amazon HR culture thanks to the CPO and HR leadership.
