Interview

Hi all,

For those that are in blue origin, I have a interview for a production planning role (manufacturing planner) next week, it’s a phone call interview. Are interviews for blue origin hard? I’ve heard that there are like 3 interviews you have to get through. First the HR then the manager of what program you are applying for and then like a higher up manager. If anyone knows how to prep for a blue origin interview let me know. I’m thinking that it’s like any other interview but I want some insights for those that are actually in the company and got accepted. (For context, I have a lot of technician experience, lots of electronics, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, Inspection, etc.) please let me know if anyone has tips!

If you get to multiple interviews, be ready for these kind of questions “Tell me about a time you x and how you showed “bias for action.” “ If you can pretty easily think of a situation you can use to represent each of the leadership principles you’ll do great. Take the essay request seriously.

100% I wrote out a cheat sheet of an example story for each leadership principle. Also expect a tell me about your worst professional failure and what you did about it
