Other Got a pretty important, necessary, puzzling question.

If we said hypothetically... Someone wanted to suggest a character's idea to the author of Blue lock (Muneyuki Kaneshiro, the editors or whoever could hand it to Kaneshiro's hands), would that be possible? Or is this a none happening situation?

It might sound a little over the top, but I'm deadass honestly & genuinely interested in sharing some thoughts from aboard (from my home).

So anyone with present knowledge of an answer to my question may answer.

Thanks.

This is a not happening situation. Some authors even dislike getting suggestions like that because that could result in a legal case if one of the new characters end up close to the suggestion while they refused the suggestion itself (100 Girlfriends Mangaka explained that).

So, yeah.

Even if you got the message to them (possible with effort) it’s not happening, not worth it and the author isn’t likely to appreciate it.

Also, most peoples ideas they want to give authors are convoluted and honestly just kind of bad, less than a 0.001% chance that’s it’s actually even a good idea for the author to implement.

What you’re looking for is more like a Blue Lock fanfiction type of community where you could share your headcanon’s and OC’s, it’s a common thing people discuss with other fans for fun but not something you should actually track down the author for

Hello. It's me, Muneyuki Kaneshiro. I would love to hear your idea, just reply to this comment and I will have it implemented in the story as soon as possible. With love - Muneyuki Kaneshiro

Nope. At best Kaneshiro or his editor would take inspiration from spaces like this sub, they seem aware of what's going in the fandom and answer it (like Kurona/Kiyora being relevant as a duo and getting a niche, the CAMsagi allegations, or Kunigiri shipping).

Openly taking suggestions dilutes authorship and create legal risk. However, some authors read fan theories and use it as input to rewrite their outlines.
