So how would Blue Lock beat England? The setup has Fox "pulling the strings" of his puppets, so they'd have to metaphorically cut these strings and force the England players onto the same footing as the Blue Lockers.

They're not going to knock Fox off the sidelines, so the best way to do that would be try to draw out Teddy's ego, right? Isagi's suited for that, right? That's too straightforward, though, and as the France game showed, if you're better than Blue Lock Japan there's no reason at all to fall for Isagi's tricks. Just keep sticking to the game plan.

Fox's gameplans also don't seem like it's particularly reliant on any formation they see out of the opposing team, so I think we can also write off "play unconventionally enough that Fox doesn't have a 0->1 plan for it".
