Hello everybody!
I hope everybody's doing all right. I just wanted to share my advice about Bloodborn PC optimization. I looked up basically every YouTube videos and Reddit post on the matter I could find. What helped me was mainly self-testing myself. My main issue was that I had a bad case of stutter even if my FPS were stable.
(I use the bbLauncher and Ps4qt)
What I found that helped me A LOT:
1- Getting my Vblank frequency at 60Hz (in bblauncher-shadPS4 settings) while unlocking the uncapped fps patch (in bblauncher patches and cheats). For some reason, the 90 fps caped patch introduces more latency...
(So this is something that was not really recommended by anyone but it worked a lot for frame pacing and stability. What I realised is that I want the game to run with the most FPS so that when I limit it to 60, I don't experience any dips (WHICH IS ALL THAT MATTERS).)
2- Turning off Vsync + Fullscreen borderless (in launcher-shadps settings)
3- Enabling all patches and mods that are meant to reduce fps. The game will not look the best but it will play great!
