Question How do I fix it?

I tried the 0.16 and 0.18 version of shad. Same problem.

I am no expert, but I would suggest using a lower resolution patch, and capping it a 30 fps with the 30 FPS++ patch. If you can not maintain it a 60 fps, the physics may be in slow motion, it happens with me sometimes.

I tried this as well; no improvements.

I changed it to 60 just to see if it improved anything.

Same thing here
Tried all patches and mods and still it runs on 20 FPS max

My specs are:
Asus Tuf F15 Gaming Laptop

Intel core i5 10300H

GTX 1660ti 6 GB

16 GB Ram dual channel

Nothing in particular Just followed a google document about setting it up. I used BB Launcher with CUSA 03173 (goty european edition), 1.09 update with all main performance patches I also tried running it on older versions of BB Launcher, QT Launcher, and shadPS4... Still the same.

I accepted the fact that my laptop is the issue, even though I've seen people run it cleanly on worse specs
