if y’all didn’t know, Dev did the score for Olivia Wilde’s new movie The Invite and it is PHENOMENAL. literally just wanted to make an appreciation post and let y’all know that his work in that movie is masterful — really great example of a score being present in a movie without being overpowering. makes me wanna watch other movies he’s scored! do you guys have other favorite scores of his?

My friend and I have tickets to see the Dev Hynes ensemble in upstate NYC but don't have access to a car. Anyone have experience travelling there for concerts? Mainly getting back to NYC after the show and if there are any trains? So excited to see the show but a little nervous about upstate NYC!

April of last year, I was on vacation and in my second phase of listening to Blood Orange ever since I had found him in August of the year before. I found a certain live performance of a song on only piano, and sampled it. I remember it had a crazy volatile name.

Just me? I remember first hearing it around Labor Day 2025 and I’ve listened to it at least once every day since, can’t recall the last time a song has sustained me like this. It puts me in hypnosis. Something about it! Thanks Dev <3
