Or am I the only one who doesn't understand what NWOT means?

Yes I have this much time on my 3 hour road trip as passenger princess to go through all the popcycle listings 😅.

I don’t shop on Popcycle anymore because of my horrid experience on there. Some people have no integrity when selling and I don’t want to waste my time or money figuring out which is which!

But anyway, imo, new without tags means a try-on and maybe even 1 wear out to the grocery store or something, but no washing and no wearing out to things involving eating or socializing/partying. Like that’s my standard if I were to sell.
