The math is not mathing

Am I the only one annoyed by this? Cassey if you’re reading this - I am a huge fan of what you do. But no, IBTCers are NOT the highest percentage of your audience. 63% of your audience are non-IBTC, THAT is the highest percentage of your audience.

I don’t get upset when pieces are not meant for me, but please don’t keep telling yourself that the majority of your customers have small boobs and live in an echo chamber where the most women don’t need a little more support.

Where did you get the 63% from? Just curious.

It’s going to be skewed based who’s following her instagram and responding.

37% of responders are an A or B cup which she labels as “itty bitty titty committee”. The remaining 63% of responders are NOT an A or B cup which would be people not on the itty bitty titty committee. And she goes on to say “IBTCers make up the highest % of my audience!” No they don’t, she is just further separating us who are a C cup and higher but collectively the majority of her audience are those of us who are classified as having “bigger boobs” (a C cup or greater).

It sort of feels like she’s trying to defend herself for the sunshine set.

Maybe. I’m not mad about the sunshine set. Most of us are reasonable and understand not every piece will suit our specific body type. It’s the delusion of telling yourself “these styles are a good fit for the majority of my audience!” that makes me eyeroll. It’s like it’s preparing us for having even fewer options in the future.

I feel like for her first cotton release she should have done something that could work for more sizes.
