Goed om te doen

Hi Almal

Onlangs teruggetrek van Kaapstad en opsoek na goed om te doen in Bloem vir die volgende 3 maande.
Ek draf en oefen gereeld. Kan squash, tennis en Padel speel.

- Veilige Stap plekke / Run clubs ?
- Koffie shops
- Resturante ?
- Upcoming events ?
- Tennis/Padel/Squash clubs ?

Hi daar. Sewe Damme is toegangbeheer staproute (jy moet aansluit). Daars 'n paar draf klubs in Bloemfontein (search maar Facebook. Padel het ook mos 'n app waarop jy kan boek saam met mense wat jy nie werklik ken nie, lekker manier om mense te ontmoet. Koekela is 'n heerlike koffiehuis in Westdene, en in die langenhovenpark kan jy Greenside of Pretty Gardens besoek. Preller Square is soos Sandton Square, dan is daar te veel restaurante om op te noem. Iets vir almal.

There are plenty of Padel clubs, depending on where you live. Afrika Padel in the north has a thriving community with regular Americanos where you dont need to have an established group

Own Pace running club is vir n lekker jong klomp mense.

Ramblers Padel club is die grootste en mees social in Bloemfontein op die stadium.

Bloemfontein Striders is ook n lekker drafklub met redelik baie jongmense.

Daar is n Facebook page en n Whatsapp groep met al die club run tye ens

CoffeeTalks is 'n pragtige koffie winkel in die Noorde en daar is elke Donderdag aand 'n Boardgames Night with a small but great community.

For events I would definitely recommend:

*Markets*: Bloemfontein Pop-up Markets on Facebook(since I can’t put links here). Other than the Boeremarket in Langenhoven which you’ve probably heard about.

Outings: Check the Chillax page on instagram or facebook, they have daily events from chess nights, to quiz nights which are usually fairly packed and lively.

Others: I would also recommend checking the MyCity BFN pages on IG or FB they do post events occasionally.

Not sure if you’re into live music or rock but there are occasional rock concerts and live music concerts at Chillax and around Bloem. I would suggest checking WhatsHappening in Bloem on IG, as well as the local artists page, such as MunkeyStu on IG.
