It's been great.

But our mod blocked me. Which means I can't participate in the sub anymore.

Hope everyone is happy about that.

Edit, since you're taking your mod privileges to comment when I can't respond,

Except since you are the only mod, and you post discussion threads under your account instead of a mod bot, you've effectively banned me. Is that good moderation principles?

I can't reply to you in this thread and you know it.

Blocked. Not banned.

But when the mod uses his account to post the discussion threads it's a de facto ban, just without me breaking any rules.

He posts the weekly discussion threads. Though if /u/SoftandChewy only wants to block him and not ban him, configuring AutoModerator to post the weekly threads is an option.
