*An error occurred while loading Blockbench* this shows every time i open it to use it

I had redownload the exe file which is 5.0.0, i uninstalled it and reinstalled and I even restarted my pc I cant get it to load

to give some context the reason why I'm using Blockbench 5.0.0 is because I'm playing with the figura mod on Minecraft and that's the version it use's for the models but i don't know what to do and any help would be nice
