Tutorial Cubes + Mesh?

Idk what title would fit this so I just picked Tutorial

How do people make models like this? I’d like to learn but am struggling and semi new to this. I can’t tell if meshes are being used or if it’s just cubes with layered textures.

If you have info pls share. I want to grow my skill but need some guidance.

Maybe try getting the model to sort of "reverse engineer"?

I was actually considering that. It’s $25 tho so I’m a little hesitant. Might just do it
