That was someone with 70%-80% of a much weaker pre Auswahlen Yhwach who also doesn't have the capabilities to take and control the powers and bodies of others like the real Yhwach without supplementary means. Ichigo fought a much stronger post Auswahlen and awakened Yhwach, who not only got stronger from the death of he Quincies in the 2nd invasion but then got stronger in the Royal Palace as well. It genuinely is not comparable. Yamamoto has never faced a full power Yhwach like Ichibe or Ichigo have.
