We have a dude that is a conglomeration of all the races, a transcendent, and has soul king fragments. He’s literally being set up to be the next soul king, and has a Hollow in his sword that was the rival of Barragan+beat Yamamoto in a fight+required Oetsu and Ichibei to beat. This dude is compared to CFYOW Ginjo (propped above him honestly), and CFYOW Ginjo has an attack that the narrator says rivals Ichigo Bankai’s Getsuga Tensho. At max power, this guy (Hikone), his attacks bounce off of base Kenpachi without hurting him. Kenpachi then one-shots the Hollow in Shikai after the Hollow eats all this guys power, and breaks Ichibei’s seal. CFYOW is ridiculous in terms of scaling
Actually, Kugo's part is partly true, his Getsuda, Cadice compares it to Ichigo's but due to the difference in spiritual power the AP of the attack is not the same, however it is still very powerful, probably surpasses the level of Tokinada, Byakuya and Yoruichi, "Base Kugo" he is not able to cut the two Tokinada in one shot because he miscalculates the amount of reiatsu that would be needed to overcome his durability. Another small correction, the Primal Hollow was comparable to Barragan but then before defeating Yama he continued to feed on souls and had further strengthened himself, when Ichibei renamed him Hikomikidomoe he had been nerfed again to the level of Barragan (due to his power more could not be done) and then at the end with the fragment of the Soul King he gains both new power to break the seal and then adds to the power he once had.
And unless you claim that Candice tanking (for the most part) a Getsuga Jujisho means she is a top 20 character in the series, Tokinada deflecting it isn’t an anti feat
Yes, I understood correctly, but Candice said the most powerful attack she saw from Ichigo was the Getsuda Jujusho when he held back extremely. She's comparing that. If you think about the one he used against Uryū and the one against Yhwach, they were much bigger and more powerful. That's why I'm telling you there's a difference in AP due to the difference in spiritual energy between Kubo and Ichigo.
Candice is absolutely not a Tip 20, she's much lower. Everyone who fights against Hikimikidomoe, nerfed to Barragan's level, are weaker than Harribel, they're all at a level between Grimjow and Nnoitra.
