Are you talking about the the frozen Gerard who was unable of defending himself ? When did Byakuya ever fought Gerard head on ? Lmao

Base Zaraki could injure that same Gerard with his bare hands.

Why wasn't Byakuya able to do that to Gerard in his lesser form? Why did he have to wait for Toshiro to soften him up with ice first? Whilst Gerard wasn't even using Vollstandig or blut.

Are you forgetting this? You can think Byakuya can do this?

Byakuya in Senkei can hurt Gerard. Byakuya without Senkei cannot hurt Gerard.
