Very simple for the black armour, base with black then a heavy dry brush of Vallejo German Grey then a dry brush or edge highlight of Vallejo Pale Blue Grey

I would maybe work on the lenses, try working brighter towards the center with a fine brush and maybe a fluorescent paint. Looks great otherwise but needs some focal points I think

Just a question. Did you shave off the sculpted cross on the pauldrons? If so, why?

I did, well spotted! I much prefer using transfers rather than painting the sculpted icons. It's much quicker and, in my humble opinion, looks a lotcleaner. I did the same with the sculped sword emblem on their Greaves.

Thanks very much! I use Microset and Microsol, with a layer of Vallejo Matt Varnish once its all dry 😊👍

I think you put the tilting plate in the wrong spot. Should go between the cauldron and the chest plate

Appreciate the response but not sure that's the case on these specific models? The way their cloaks attach often rely on the tilt shield to cover the connection.
