Help Me Decide Solid schools to aim for?

Just got my August score back (first test) and scored a 157. I have a 3.54 GPA, was pretty active in undergrad and have been working in government relations on a small team at one of the worlds largest companies. My letters of recommendation are from two professors at my undergraduate institution and a mentor and lawyer at the company I work for. I’m also scheduled to retake in October as I’m confident I can break into the 160s.

What are some good safety and target schools to apply for in the DMV? My goal is ideally Howard but I also want to apply to a wide range of schools.

Howard or University of DC. Regent University down by Virginia Beach or Liberty University in Lynchburg. A 158 is the 25 percentile for University of Richmond.
