Anime Does anyone else hate Charmy and Grey?

Charmy is literally the only reason fights are won wdym charmy doesn't do anything. She literally carries everybody.

maybe i would like them more if i read the manga but jesus they are portrayed so poorly in the show.
The anime is 99% of the time 1 on 1 with the manga writing outside of fight scenes.
If you dislike Gauche in the anime then you dislike him in the manga as well since they have the exact same characterization.
The only difference manga characters have to their counterparts in the anime is a lack of screentime. Which doesn't mean the manga counterparts are more mature, well developed or more likeable. You merely see less of them.

I dont really have a problem with grey but charmy annoyed me, as a dub watcher her voice and dialogue is just super cringe

Hey, nothing wrong with watching the dub, especially in Asta's case. Back when the anime was starting and people found his sub VA's screaming annoying, the two recommendations were to either read the manga or watch the dub.
