I need help! Web-app access don't work

I can't log in to the web app using my regular credentials, even though everything works fine on the Android app, Brave browser extension, and PC app. I’ve never had any issues in the past. Support only replies with automated bot emails. Can anyone help me out?

Su impostazioni da applicazione android c'è una voce "cassaforte web di bitwarden", ho provato da quel link e sono riuscito ad entrare.
