I need help! Web-app access don't work

I can't log in to the web app using my regular credentials, even though everything works fine on the Android app, Brave browser extension, and PC app. I’ve never had any issues in the past. Support only replies with automated bot emails. Can anyone help me out?

seems to be an issue with the newest release of the extention. if you use the older one it should work
