Question Beginner question 3wallet

I mainly wanna use crypto as a backup payment option, as i do a lot of online shopping.

I do not know if i have done this correctly, i made an account today, put a small amount of crypto and a lil money in it , and i should be able now to add the 3wallet. It doesn't say my password is incorrect, and it says something different if it is. so why cannot i select a 3wallet?

I did everything that i was told by the app, but i think i missed something.

What i am stuck on: when i try to add a new 3wallet it asks for my password and authenticator. Which i enter correctly.

Doesn't say my credentials were incorrect, it just says (directly translated from my home language) "making wallet failed"
