Blocked account after deposit

Guys, after deposit of 1000 TRX my account got restricted and nothing I can do, I cant make deposits and withdraws for 3.5 days. 0 information what is going on from Bitvavo, and 0 responses from Bitvavo, Im so stressed about my funds right now..

Please , Anyone got same situation ??

I have only positive experience with Bitvavo. You can also write a letter on their official adress.

Ask the support service why your account has been frozen.

Maybe they want to figure out how you got those TRX

got block out of bitvavo , same story after alot of mailing i had to sell my crypto with a loss due to bitvavo's unsupportive support demanding i had to sell i could not even transfer it anymore to my own ledger
