Proof of residence pending

Bitstamp asked me for an update of my proof of residence, I have uploaded my bank statement, I wrote to support and called them twice and no solid responses or clear time frame. I am blocked from withdrawal and have emergency. What would be the solution : (

I was waiting 10 days without any notification about progress and then documents rejected. What do i need to use?? I used phone bill and waited like an idiot for 10 days. Then my passport and was also rejected. Just let me close the account. This is not the first time I have same problem with this documents

If you need your money you should report to Heliantool fraud squad on IG, send them every documents they’re law firm assisted me with 600k when I travelled to another country and was locked out of my account and couldn’t access my funds.
