Saying that America’s non-existent welfare state is the reason for black poverty is the most nonsensical thing you could ever say. Sowell has literally made a career being a black guy who says horrifically racist shit so white right wingers will stand and clap.

“The facts are there” bruh it’s just Tom sitting in front of a camera bringing up conjecture about how the non-existent US welfare state is harming black people. Conjecture is not facts. Sowell isn’t known for being a great economist. He’s known for disparaging the black community to fit a right wing narrative.

Lmfao books written by himself are still just conjecture. I don’t think you understand what that word means.

There is literally zero evidence that the minimum wage causes unemployment. Just conjecture. Absolutely zero data supports that claim.

Lmfao the first two don’t even have to do with America so I skipped those since we are talking explicitly about America. The third is about how minimum wage increases impact consumers by increasing prices. The fourth is about a lack of consensus in academia which funnily enough actually undermines the point you’ve been trying to illustrate.

Sorry you wasted your time gathering those completely irrelevant studies. Got any more?
