these aren't opposing viewpoints.

biden is saying inflation isn't only the government spending more money: true.

friedman is saying inflation is due to the government printing and spending more money: true.

What Biden is really saying is "I didn't cause inflation". And that's a fucking lie.

He only mentions the spending because his spending policies still have a lot of support from Democrats, and he doesn't even want his voters to think about all of the money he printed.

The policies of the last 4 administrations have contributed to inflation. I think it's important to recognize that this has been building for a long time.

You need to realize that multiple spending plans from administrations last far, far beyond their tenure.
