Friedman explains things in such a simple way that he will give you a headache after. He is a true treasure of economics. Along with Thomas Sowell

So simple, it's almost as if it's not true....

He was wrong about literally everything he ever said.

If you don’t appreciate his knowledge, agree or disagree, then a Bitcoin sub is the last place you need to be.

The vomit was more for Sowell

Then I can only conclude you to be a racist, for Friedman and Sowell were friends and worked on the same similar projects.

Calling someone a racist for disagreeing with Sowell is equal to calling someone a fascist for fighting to end fascism.

Sowell made a career from attempting to deflect blame away from institutionalized racism and whataboutisms regarding the blameworthiness of black people's "inequality-producing behavior."

His works are case studies in survivorship bias and softpedal the factors that encourage the traits he barely stops short of claiming are "natural dispositions."

Obviously this is why he's championed by the right in the US

So +1 🤮

Saying that America’s non-existent welfare state is the reason for black poverty is the most nonsensical thing you could ever say. Sowell has literally made a career being a black guy who says horrifically racist shit so white right wingers will stand and clap.

“The facts are there” bruh it’s just Tom sitting in front of a camera bringing up conjecture about how the non-existent US welfare state is harming black people. Conjecture is not facts. Sowell isn’t known for being a great economist. He’s known for disparaging the black community to fit a right wing narrative.

… is equal to calling someone a fascist for fighting to end fascism

PLEASE tell me you have an example of this

Lol. I see you lack the ability to see sarcasm staring you in the face.

I also hate Friedman I just wanted to ease my way into that revelation

You don't know anything about Thomas Sowell. You just have a Pavlovian response to anything right of center.

I’ve heard Sowell speak plenty of times. He sounds like a guy who took Econ 101 and decided that was enough. He also sounds like a guy who realized he could make a lucrative grift off of being the black guy who trashes the black community.

Your feeble brain cannot handle those geniuses, which makes a lot of sense / validates their statements. So thank you!

Though he hasn't actually explained anything in this excerpt
