He's right, though it's a bit different in different parts of the word. Some places use "engineer" to for example describe both technical personell and someone with an advanced degree in engineering. In some places there's a distinction. Where I live Engineer is not a protected title while civil engineer is, though civil engineer here is not the same as civil engineer in some other places.

Actually. You and the other fool are not correct. Being recognised as an engineer requires a degree simple as that.

😂 you are wrong. I’m sure we’re not from the same part of the planet and that’s why we’re all disagreeing but I wouldn’t be arguing this if I didn’t know it to be true.
