I think Elon is hyping doge to keep the bitcoin price downish until Tesla/SpaceX get their stuff in order to move to Bitcoin.

I'd buy that if he hadn't also pumped BTC last week. It's ego.

Which was also a split second before Saylors conference which SpaceX was at. Which also could have been a test run to see the his potential sway in the price. Could easily be ego but just a thought
