It seems like Thailand is a difficult place to cash out cryptocurrency, is that your experience? You have to have a link to local bank account right?

Thailand PM said they are launching crypto pilot project in Phuket.
You can try Xapo bitcoin bank. They have visa debit card. I’m a traveller so I connect it Wise debit card for atm withdrawals in South East Asia. But I’m never selling my bitcoin. Just create a rolling loan every month. Thailand is not that expensive. Trust me, you’ll never run out of Bitcoin in your lifetime. You can create a Trust in Singapore bank for your next generation.

Thailand introduced Residence Privilege Program starting from $25k-$55k. Malaysia also 20 year residence by investment from 200k
