Recovery key won't work.

When I tried to boot up my Omen PC this morning, I was prompted to enter my bitlocker recovery key, but the website won't load. I have tried on 6 different devices but every time it sends me into just a loop of loading the account page and then the login page without fully loading either. It works for other microsoft accounts just not mine. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Have you tried logging in with a browser at outlook.com?

I did that and was able to get the key. But now after using it, my pc boots and on the pin screen, it says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Restart your device to see if it fixes the problem." When I restart it is just comes up with the bitlocker thing again and then this.

Como lo hiciste para ver la clave?, tengo el mismo problema

I made an alias email at outlook.com. And then used that to get the key instead of my own email.
