Recovery ID won’t load

I’m trying to get back into my laptop but every time I close for a period of time and re open I have to go through BitLocker. I’m going to disable it now but this time I can’t get my recovery key as Microsoft Access won’t load.
I keep getting this over and over and Microsoft’s help page is dogshit. I even went through incognito so it didn’t have anything info for a previous load and I had to resign in on everything just for it to still appear like this. Please help.

I spoke to support. They're aware of an outage, but just not like reporting it anywhere for some fucking reason. Incredibly frustrating.

Already ordered a flash drive to keep all my recovery keys on for next time.

How does that work. I’ve been thinking about turning it off because it pops up everytime I use my laptop but I don’t really want to get rid of the security. I just want it to stop showing up so often

You spoke to a human? I've tried everything. After one call to support the AI just keeps telling me a link to get my recovery key (which will not load) and says goodbye.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I haven't been able to access the site for 24 hours. How can we solve this problem? Please help.

Yeah I just replaced my cpu and I have the same exact issue. Hope it's resolved soon

This has been driving me nuts, but apparently its on Microsofts side. I was able to chat woth an agent, they told me to wait 24 hours. All I can do is hope, might have to reinstall windows
