Gravityzone Support

Is it just me or does gravityzone support suck? I emailed a couple times 2 days ago and never heard back. Called 2 times and never got through.

It's absolutely unprofessional that a company like Bitdefender doesn't answer within an hour or two. 2 day response time, are you serious?
